Francisco Timothée-Vega is an attorney with more than 6 years of experience in litigation and counseling practice representing individuals and corporate entities in a wide variety of disputes. His practice experience includes contractual disputes; foreclosures litigation; collections debt procedures; landlord-tenant mediation; eviction process; prosecuting tort action cases of malpractice and cruise ship accidents; and representing clients over contractual disputes. This broad variety of litigation experience has allowed him to acquire significant expertise as both defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel.

Mónica Timothée-Vega is an attorney with more than 8 years of experience in litigation and counseling practice representing individuals and corporate entities in a wide variety of disputes. Her practice experience includes representing clients in contractual disputes, foreclosures and collections, landlord tenant issues and transactional matters. In addition, she has represented borrowers in the loss mitigation process to successfully achieve modification or deed in lieu of foreclosure.
